Rights of the Data Subject 

Data subjects may exercise their rights by communicating with Muradit in writing, by email or to the postal address indicated in this Policy, attaching a copy of their National Identity Card or equivalent identification document.
You have the following rights:
• Access: consult whether Muradit is processing your personal data.
• Rectification: in the event that your data are incorrect.
• Erasure. 
• Request restriction of processing: your data would only be stored by Muradit for the exercise or defence of claims. 
• Object to the processing: Muradit would cease to process your data unless there are legitimate or overriding reasons or to exercise the defence of possible claims. 
• Data portability: Muradit would provide you with the data concerning you in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. If you request its transmission to another data controller, Muradit will also comply with such request. 

Muradit does NOT take individual decisions based solely on automated processing.
You may also withdraw your consent for any specific purpose at any time and this will not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

Muradit collects and processes the following personal data:
Information provided by the user: data that the user provides via the contact forms or when subscribing to, using, purchasing or contracting any of the products or services made available by Muradit. The following may be required: your name, surname(s), email, contact telephone number, bank details, etc. These data will be subject to automated processing. 

Purposes and legal basis
Muradit collects the aforementioned data for the following purposes:  

• To offer the information, products and/or services efficiently and with quality 
• To manage your requests for information 
• To manage administrative tasks 
• To propose special offers and related promotions 

Social media 

Muradit has the following social media profiles:

Muradit will process personal data within the limits expressly set by each one of these media. Therefore, when not prohibited by law, Muradit may inform its followers by any means permitted by these social media regarding its activities, products and offers, as well as providing personalised customer services.

Muradit will NOT extract data from social media, unless the specific and unambiguous consent of the user has been obtained for this purpose. 

Time for which the data will be stored 

Muradit will not store the personal data collected for longer than is necessary to comply with the abovementioned purposes.
In the event that the data have been collected for the performance of a contractual obligation, they will be stored for the duration of any liability of any type that may derive from the legal relationship or the performance of the contract or agreement in question.
In any case, we will store the data while any legal provision obliges us to do so. 

Security measures 

Muradit is firmly committed to safeguarding the data it processes and stores and it has therefore adopted the necessary organisational and technical measures to prevent alteration, loss and unauthorised access to the personal data.
Specifically, Muradit has defined the attributes for access to the data. It allows said access exclusively with identification and password, takes back-up copies and stores them securely, among other measures. 

Data disclosures

Muradit will not disclose your personal data to third parties unless required to do so by a legal provision. 

International Data Transfers 

Muradit does not transfer data outside the territory of the European Union. 

Links to third-party pages

As indicated in the Legal Notice, Muradit may offer users links to third-party pages or portals. The privacy policies and effective processing of personal data by such third parties is completely beyond the control of Muradit and you should take extreme precaution when browsing in said portals and/or contracting the products and services that they may offer. Furthermore, it is your responsibility and your decision to accept their policies on this matter. 

Minors 

This portal is NOT intended for use by minors under 14 years of age.
Should Muradit be aware of or suspect the registration of a person under the age of 14 years, it will immediately cancel such registration and prevent such person from accessing or using the corresponding products, services or contents. 

Applicable regulations and conflict resolution 

This Privacy Policy, the Legal Notice and the other specific conditions and any other matter relating to the products and/or services contained in the portal of Muradit, will be governed in each and every one of their aspects by Spanish Law.

Any users with the condition of consumers or Users as defined by Spanish regulations and who reside in the European Union, if they have experienced a problem with an on-line purchase from Muradit, may access the Online Dispute Resolution Platform created by the European Union and developed by the European Commission pursuant to Regulation (EU) 524/2013, in order to attempt to reach an out-of-court agreement.
When the user is not a consumer or User, and when not otherwise obliged by any regulation, the parties agree to submit to the Courts of the city of Madrid, since this is the place of execution of the contract, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
