How to buy

To buy a digital pattern, once you have chosen the model you wish to knit, you should add it to your basket by clicking on the link in the corresponding product description. To finalise the purchase process you may, if you wish, create a user account protected by a password, which you may use in all your subsequent purchases. Otherwise, you can input your details without the need to create an account.

You will then need to accept the purchase conditions and make the payment. Upon completion of payment, you will receive an email message with the details of the order placed and an attached file that contains the invoice for your purchase. Almost simultaneously, you will receive another email informing you that the payment process, corresponding to your order number, has been completed.

Lastly, you will receive a third email containing the link that will enable you to download the digital model acquired. This link will remain active for seven days from receipt of the email. On the eighth day the link will have expired and downloading will no longer be possible.

Also you can obtain the pattern as follows: Go to My ACCOUNT and there to MY ORDERS. Click on the ORDER REFERENCE code and you will get all the information regarding your order. Find the name of the digital pattern that you have purchased and click again on the icon placed next to it. The pattern will automatically be downloaded to your device.

Since this is a digital product, that is, it is not provided on a physical medium, once downloading commences you will no longer be able to change your mind about the purchase and its return will therefore be impossible from then on.
